I am Jessica Sebastian and I am the owner of Regretful Heart Laser Tattoo Removal. I started this company in 2020 after being laid off during COVID-19’s peak. After watching friends blackout tattoos, I knew there had to be a better alternative, and believed that Richmond was ready for one.
Never in my wildest dreams did I think that Regretful Heart would turn into the company that has today. I did not realize how this laser could be used to really change my clients’ lives by giving them second chances to clear skin, or a new cover-up. Everyone deserves an even playing field and I’m just excited that I can help contribute to that.
